SAS mid-test

Dear all:

The enclosures are the original data of mid-exam.Please you give me the following variables and results;

1. To merge the book-1 and the book-2
2. add 2 variables : BMI and waist/hip ratio
3. TO test the distribution of BMI, height and weight whether they have normal distribution, respectively.(proc univariate)
4. to draw the cumulative frequency polygon and box and whisker of BMI
5. to make a table that includes mean , std, q1, q2, max and min by gender. (the syntax is proc means;............ by gender;)
